Full text:
I want a grassroots collective for a country. I want a department of reparations and a justice system based on care and transformation. Porous borders where the waters fall down the hill and the winds blow. On second thought, no country at all. An assembly of life on a swath of land, whose history is told by indigenous elders, and whose hearts rise up against genocide, beating for dignity.
